Jennifer Reid is an Agency Support Specialist and often the first point of contact for the agency. From answering phones to directing calls, she helps ensure every client is connected with the right person and gets the support they need. Curious and adaptable, Jennifer is a natural problem solver who is continually learning the ins and outs of the industry as a licensed professional, all while providing exceptional service. Outside of work, she enjoys attending school plays and softball games, and loves camping with her husband and two daughters. Fun fact: she can ride a motorcycle and considers herself a bit of a chocolate snob. In her free time, she also enjoys shopping at Hilliard’s and HomeGoods.
