Jay Barrows

Jay Barrows is the President of the agency, leading with a clear vision and a deep respect for its roots. He motivates his team to uphold the standards and values established by his mother and founder, Janice Barrows, while continuing to guide the agency forward. With his strong memory and efficiency in planning and procedures, Jay plays a key role in keeping operations running smoothly. Outside of work, he enjoys traveling and spending time on his boat or motorcycle in New Hampshire. A Mansfield native, Jay has 53 first cousins, and the agency originally opened in the home where he grew up. Locally, he enjoys dining at Jimmy’s Pub or catching the Blue Apple Bus to Logan Airport.
